JOHN / HOW IT WORKS
One good process.
Start to finish.
From a dealership's back lot to a tire shop's next order, we want each step to be accountable, clear, and easy to work with.

THE TIRE JOURNEY
A better path for every tire.
How every tire moves through our operation, from your lot to its next use.
Schedule and plan
A dealership provides its location, estimated tire count, type and preferred collection timing. The operation reviews available routes and service terms.
INPUT: pickup request, business location, estimated volumeCollect with accountability
Drivers verify quantities, record the load and support signed handoff receipts. Collection charges are handled through the office, not collected by drivers.
OUTPUT: validated pickup record and collection documentationInspect, sort and grade
Usable tires are reviewed for condition and safety criteria. Unusable tires are directed to the appropriate authorized recycling or disposal process.
OUTPUT: inspection result, measured tread, grade, tire IDs and exceptionsPublish approved inventory
Each sellable tire or lot receives stock details, location data and a product-reference photo when licensed. Used-tire condition is conveyed by inspected grade and measured tread—not by a staged product photo. Quantities change with movements and sales.
OUTPUT: live catalog record once system is connectedSupply tire businesses
Wholesale buyers search, reserve and request pickup or delivery. Account records connect purchases, inventory movement, invoices and payment status.
OUTPUT: confirmed order, invoice and fulfillment historyOPERATIONS WITH EVIDENCE
Behind every tire,
a usable record.
The technology should support the work—not complicate it.
Every load is tracked from pickup through grading and resale.
